Shipping

We started this company to help make life easier for parents. So when it comes to shipping, we strive to make it easy and seamless by shipping things on time and keeping you in the loop with shipping updates.

Below are some answers to some commonly asked questions.

We ship to virtually anywhere in the world!

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends or holidays) unless the current volume of orders exceeds our capacity. 

All orders are shipped from Canada (British Columbia). Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, your package will generally arrive anywhere from 1-7 business days if you are shipping it within Canada or the US. Shipping speed depends on the shipping rate you selected, as well as your location. 

International orders vary by country.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your inbox as soon as your items are shipped. Please make sure to check your spam box - sometimes emails arrive there! 

Duties are a type of tax charged on goods by the receiving country’s customs agency. Duties may apply when products are shipped from a different country. 

Taxes are sales tax (such as VAT or GST) placed on purchased goods, including goods from abroad. 

If you reside outside of Canada, you may have to pay duties and taxes. 

Duties and taxes depend on four factors - the total value of the shipment, the type of goods inside, the origin country, and the import rules of the destination country. 

Your carrier or customs broker can help you understand the rules that apply to your shipment.

Not all shipments will be charged duties and taxes: some will have no charges because they are low-value or fall under a product category that's exempt.

Mistakes happen! If the shipping address associated with your order is incorrect, please send an email to customerservice@glitterandspice.ca as soon as possible. Include your order number and the correct shipping address in the email.

If your order has not been shipped out, our customer service team can easily update the address for you.

If your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to change it on our end. You will have to contact the shipping carrier to make an address change request; or have them hold your package at the depot.

If your order was undeliverable due to inputting an incorrect address, the shipping carrier will normally return the package back to us. When we receive an undeliverable package, we will always reach out to the customer to let them know. Should you wish to ship it out again to the correct address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. If you prefer to return your order, we are happy to process the refund minus the shipping fee. 

Yes! We are located at Unit 202 - 18428 53 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3S 7A4. 

If you are located within our area and would like to pick up your package in person, you can select local pickup at checkout. Once your order is completed and is ready to be picked up, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at checkout. 

Returns

We always strive to create quality products that help make parenting easier! While we know that you are going to love your order, we also understand that sometimes you might change your mind about an item. 

We understand that circumstances change, so we always do our very best to accommodate exchanges or returns. 

You may return new and unopened items in their original packaging for a full refund (minus associated shipping charges) within 30 days of your delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us through the contact form below, or email our customer service team at customerservice@glitterandspice.ca. Please include your order number and reason for return. Once we have received your return, items will be inspected for signs of wear before processing the refund.  Please note that refunds can take 5-10 days to process.

For your safety and protection, and due to regional health laws and hygenic concerns, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. 

If you are returning an opened item due to receiving a defective product, or it was an error on our part, please contact us through the contact form below, or email our customer service team at customerservice@glitterandspice.caand we will make it right! If the return is a result of a defective item, we will refund or exchange the item within 30 days, and pay for any associated shipping costs.

All clearance items (markdowns, overstock, factory seconds, and discontinued items) are a final sale. No exceptions.
